[mythtv-users] Mythvidexport fails with external usb drive storage

External USB hard drives usually end up getting formatted as FAT32 or 
NTFS, filesystems not compatible with POSIX standards. Consequently, 
their default behavior is to mount locked to a single user, independent 
of what the filesystem permissions may state.  Is it possible the drive 
is locked to your personal user, and the 'mythtv' user cannot write to it?
