[mythtv-users] MythWeb Not Finding Files

I'm running Mythbuntu and MythTV 0.27, all up to date.

When I try to stream or download a recording from MythWeb it returns:
11003_20131019160000.mpg does not exist in any recognized storage group
directories for this host.

I have two directories in the recording storage group:
	/data1/mythtv/recordings
	/data3/mythtv/recordings
(data1 and data3 are local hard disks)

The file(s) are on a local disk and do exist, Myth FE plays them,
ownership is mythtv:mythtv, permission is 644
I added the apache2 user (www-data) to the mythtv group and restarted
apache2 to no avail.

I am at a loss at where to look next?
