[mythtv-users] diagnosing HDHome Run Prime zero byte recordings

So I switched from a PVR350 to an HDHome Run Prime and all has been well
other than after a random period of time I will start getting zero byte
recordings.

If I go and reboot the HDHRP box it starts working again, until a random
time, perhaps a day perhaps 3-4 days later when I start getting 0 byte
files. In searching the logs I see this, which appears to be the only
"interesting" bit about one of the recordings that failed.

In trying to search (btw is there an easy way to search the mailer?) I
found stuff from back in 2010 that suggests that a rescan is necessary.
Perhaps I'm a bit naive about this but I cant believe I would have to
rescan every couple of days when nothing is changing on my end that I'm
aware of. Im also not sure this is relevant as rebooting the HDHRP
fixes the problem which wouldn't be the case if a rescan was necessary
or if a rescan is even relevant in my case as the HDHRP would do the
tuning...

I'm running 0.26.1. on CENTOS 6.4

Thoughts?
