Absolutely, before I had any idea how capable Mythtv is I did a lot of
what turned out to be very bad things, moving and deleting at will. I
have touched the deleted files since and don't want to drag and drop
files anymore. After retouching a cut list in a keeper movie that
hasn't been moved I'll try the transcode again and see what happens.
There were a couple of BE crashes and after examining the details of
the "problem report" (whatever its called) I updated recommended
packages and haven't had a crash since.
