[mythtv-users] daylight saving problem

Australia recently entered daylight saving. All the schedules were incorrect until
I reloaded the full set (normally only changes are filled). Until then (for one day)
the wrong programs were recorded.

Also, I see an item "TimeOffset" listed in "MythTV - Settings Table (via mythweb)
which said "10000" and I changed it to say "1100".

Am I supposed to set it manually like this twice a year or is there a setting to
make it understand timezones etc. automatically?

I am on f19 (so 0.26).
