[mythtv-users] Hauppauge PVR questions

Does anyone know/remember whether the WinTV PVR 250/350/500 cards 

a) measure incoming RF signal level,
b) expose this measurement through ivtv/v4l/v4l2, and if
c) there's anything to read it with, if so?

On a related topic, does the backend store which tuner a recording was
made on?  If so, is it terribly hard to expose that in a theme?
