No, he means "wait a little while" after someone makes /any/ change to 
the lineup on the SD website.  That someone may be the SD member who is 
changing around channels in her personal SD lineup or could even be TMS, 
themselves (who change lineups in response to service-provider changes 
to their channel offerings).  This is also why I said, " You may need to 
wait a few hours after doing so," in the response I linked which 
explained how to fix the problem.

I think Gary thought you were saying you actually clicked the "re-add 
all lineups" button on the SD website several times; whereas I read your 
response to mean were doing something in mythtv-setup and didn't 
understand what I meant when I mentioned the "re-add all lineups" button 
on the SD website.
