I am still having issues getting static or animated maps from Weather
Underground.

The wunderground script returns the following

if I run mythfrontend with -v none,gui.file,general I get the following as
it relates to the animated maps.

Found in cache, RefCount = 2

if I look in .mythtv/themecache/TintedGlass.1920.1080 I can find the
wundergroundLogo  image file. I cannot find any animated maps. I know the
URL's for the animated maps are good. If I copy and paste the URL out of
the above logs and paste them in a browser the animated map comes up for
me. My gut is telling me the function LoadImage is timing out before the
animated map is retrieved.
