[mythtv-users] mythutil: --clearskiplist and --clearcutlist can't be used at the same time

Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm not compiling from source. I only
noticed yesterday after adding --clearskiplist to mythutil in my userjob
and the command failed altogether. I will add a second command then. I
was just curious as I couldn't think of any reason.
