[mythtv-users] MythArchive DVD creation from DVB-T2 HD h264 recordings in the UK

I don't recommend this. It will be much quicker and easier to record in
SD and create a DVD without re-encoding. Nevertheless it ought to work.

I've made a few test runs recently, in 0.27-fixes, without success.
Re-encoding begins and would apparently run forever (ie many hours) at
close to 100% cpu, but the output file stays at 0 B. There is no
further output to the log.

Here's the re-encoding command generated during a recent attempt:

mythffmpeg -threads 2 -v 1 -i "/mnt/sam1/recb/1303_20131020222000.mpg"
-r pal -target pal-dvd -b:v 4771k -s 720x576 -acodec ac3 -b:a 192k -ac 2
-copyts -aspect 16:9 "/home/John/arctmp/work/1/newfile2.mpg" -map 0:0
-map 0:1

For comparison, here's a line that I posted (in another context) in
Ticket #11297. It gives only one audio stream, as mp2, but it still
works.

mythffmpeg -threads 2 -v verbose -i
"/home/john/Mythrecs/1102_20121207205600.mpg" -target pal-dvd -b:v 6000k
-s 720x576 -acodec mp2 -b:a 256k -ac 2 -aspect 16:9
"/mnt/MythOnRoot/Mytharch_work/work/1/newfile2.mpg"

I may once have had a patch that applied to MythArchive, but at present
I can't locate it.
