Ah, then it's a specific line we're outputting (and not a libav 
warning).  You'd have to talk with someone who knows the MHEG stuff 
(like Stuart M or maybe Karl Dietz) to see whether that would be an 
appropriate change, or if there may be something causing the issue that 
can be fixed (in our code, by your broadcaster, or possibly by changing 
settings on your system).
