The tests used Windows, which may utilize the GPU differently
than open source applications using VAAPI.  But it is a proof
by example that low power use does not always have to mean
ARM or Atom.

In any event, next weeks Haswell release promises even lower
power NUCs at some point (One of Haswell's claims to fame is
very low power utilization (esp.) for mobile chips, another is a
GPU that should be able to do de-interlacing in FLOSS at some
point).  Not clear (to me) exactly what ships when, though.  This
is the standard dilemma of course, you always want what is in the
next generation....
