[mythtv-users] 0.26 nuvexport / mythffmpeg issue Mythbuntu 12.04

appears xvid is support is now missing from mythffmpeg and therefore from
nuvexport.

This was working fine in 0.25.3 is there any reason this would be missing
in 0.26? or is this a packaging issue?
