Yes. One M-Card supports up to six simultaneous streams.

Yes it can. MythTV is not licensed to access CableCard content, meaning
it has not been tested to uphold the restrictions of the DRM and given an
authentication key. Thus, CableCard tuners will refuse MythTV access to
any content marked for copy protection. If you try to use your HDHR Prime
with Windows Media Center, it will pick up the premiums just fine, however
you will like only be able to watch them in a short, rolling window.
