[mythtv-users] first time setup/installation of xmltv

your right it seems to be missing bits; i went a slightly different
way though; compiled from xmltv source.
using the 'perl makeinstall.pl' from within the xmltv dir, it seems
the 'tv_grab_uk_rt' script was unable to be installed due to more
missing dependencies. going into cpan prompt, "install DateTime
DateTime::Duration DateTime::TimeZone HTTP::Cache::Transparent" fixed
it all and i could then install 'tv_grab_uk_rt' from source.

now i've hit another snag; unable to go into input sources in
mythtv-setup, that could be a keyboard mapping issue with VNC though;
seems to be behaving a bit funny so i'll have to have a play when i'm
at home again..
