I'm certainly no expert nor am I familiar with Mythbuntu, but in examining your logs provided, it appears to be a problem with CardID = 3.  Maybe something has gone awry with whatever tuner card you are using that shows up as CardID = 3.  Is this a separate card from any others?  What kind of card is this?  Have you tried re-seating the card or testing it to see if it tests out properly?

Someone else will need to help you with turning on more verbose debugging/logging options, too.  I have never had to use this in the years I've been using MythTV, so I'm not aware.  Sorry.
