[mythtv-users] menu?

Can anyone tell me which key to use to bring up the menu when I'm in the
appearance wizard? The screen says "Press Menu for Options" I have a key
beside my right hand Ctrl key that looks like a menu key but it has no
effect in the appearance wizard. I'm trying elevate the bottom of my screen
so I can see all of the print instead of only the top half.
