[mythtv-users] Map 'Setup' screen to key on remote?

Thanks for the response.  Now that I think about it, I go into setup so
rarely that I can just uncomment it from mainmenu.xml if I need to access
setup. Sounds like mapping it to a button would be more trouble that it is
worth.
