[mythtv-users] The taskbar in the middle of the screen

I don't have that selection clicked (I don't think I ever did). Here's 
what it looks like:

I clicked it to see what it did; settings look like:

I tried it this way to see if it would have any effect.  It made 
everything very large (low resolution), but had no effect on the task 
bar.  I'm sure I've never played with any of those settings, so I 
un-clicked it and put back to original.  Hmm, not sure where to look next.
