[mythtv-users] Some DVD video will not play properly

I had a go at this...

mplayer trunk using ffmpeg master can't play it either, you get the
first frame and is stuck after that...
mplayer checkout of 2013-03-07 with mythtv's FFmpeg libs: ok
mplayer2 linked against mythtv's FFmpeg libs (FFmpeg 1.2) shows
exactly the same behaviour as mythtv

so now the question is: which version of mplayer are you guys using ?

in the mean time; being to compare mplayer and mplayer2 to see the
differences is going to be of great help hopefully.
