This is what I'm working on now. I've been trying to pass through some
DVB-T PCI cards on XenServer which hadn't worked.

So I installed ESXi 5.1 and have found that the cards seem to be passed
through properly. Haven't finished yet so can't be 100℅ sure, but they've
appeared in tuner card setup screen and appear to have been detected
properly so at this stage I'm quite optimistic.
