If Panel Covers Fullscreen Playback:

Applications|System|Preferences|CompizConfig settings
manager|utility|workarounds; enable “Legacy full screen support”.

Preferences|Cinnamon Settings|	Panel|Auto hide panel
					Hot corner|Hot corner disable
But I'm using Cinnamon, not Unity.
