Running in Gallery Mode.
It is wiping any manually entered metdata. If I change the
Title/Subtitle of a move manually, it resets these changes.

Removing NFS access to the video locations, fixes the problem.
Previously I have had problems of jerky playback on one frontend whilst
using myth protocol, that were fixed by accessing file via NFS.

I had assumed (wrongly) that the hostname field in videometadata would
simply provide a hint to which storage groups to look in for a
particular file, as my video storage groups are all have the hostname of
the MBE, the hostname entries in videometadata table would reflect the
hostname of the storage group where they are located, not the hostname
of the device that last scanned for videos. (from memory, this
hostname switching also happens when a scan is performed from a frontend
only machine)
