[mythtv-users] DVD plays with Kaffeine, but not with builtin Mythtv player?

That's probably your problem, then.  I don't know the 0.25 code but I'm 
pretty sure it had more or less the same functionality as the original 
0.26 code, which had the problems I mentioned.  Some discs will play 
with no problems, others will play with some tricks, and then others 
just won't play at all.
