[mythtv-users] Need advice re: expand/replacement storage

...and make sure the user running mythbackend can write to the drive!  I 
just threw a new drive in and forgot this step and was wondering why I 
had zero byte recordings for a while (runs as mythtv on fedora nowadays 
rather than root).
