[mythtv-users] Cant add channel linup on fresh installs

I just went through this process and was never able to retrieve
listings. I have cable and antenna here, and I'm trying to add the
antenna lineup.

I started by disabling most of the cable channels and most of the
antenna channels.
"Retrieve Lineups" timed out.
Then I deleted the cable lineup, figuring I would add it again after
getting antenna working.
"Retrieve Lineups" timed out again.
Finally I just looked up the lineupid on Schedules Direct and wrote
the value directly to the videosource table.

Hope this helps the next person trying to retrieve lineups. What a mess.
