I get this fault about once every three days using the latest build of 0.26.
Similarly the front end crashes about once a night when starting to play 
a recording.
In both cases these are UK H264 HD recordings.
Neither fault is repeatable. I don't expect a fix until the new version 
of ffmpeg is available.
