[mythtv-users] New system: Video 2-3 seconds behind Audio (HDPVR)

I have a Myth .25 system with an HDPVR+Sat box.  My recordings work fine and playback fine.

I'm now setting up an new system.   Since the backend is in a VM, I just copied the VM to my new hardware, plugged in a new HDPVR, etc.  I also have a new front end.

On the new FE/BE combo, live TV and RECORDED TV both show video 2-3 seconds behind the audio.  However...recordings from my old system played back on the new FE/BE playback fine.

What could be causing this?  Does this suggest that the HDPVR is introducing the 2-3 seconds video delay?
