The HDHR web interface was useful.  I was able to see weird errors from the
HDHR prime web interface logs about not being able to access all channels
or something.  The channel listings were truncated at channel 749.

So I powercycled the HDHR, then it listed all my channels.  MythTV can now
tune the channels.
