If this is a driver issue that Intel is working on, the quick and 
(optionally) temporary solution is to simply not use VAAPI.  A 2405S 
will have no trouble decoding in software any content that VAAPI could 
have otherwise handled, and there is enough OpenGL performance in that 
GPU for MythTV's needs.
