That's only a single tuner card, which is fine if that's all you really need, 
but for just 50% more you'd get a second tuner with the 6280 which makes it 
the better proposition - you'd be able to record two different T2 multiplexes 
at once which may be handy when COM7 and COM8 become available.

I'm sure others can nominate some good retailers who have the stock and have a 
simple returns policy/process.
