MythTV does not support the use of an in-database seek table for
matroska files.  If you had one in your database, it was merely one that
remained from your original recording, and whatever mechanism you used
to transcode and supplant the original did not correctly drop the seek
table. Running 'mythcommflag --rebuild' merely corrected that invalid data.
