[mythtv-users] HDPVR - sometimes too bright

In diagnosing an unrelated problem, I flashed my hdpvr to 1.7.1 which of course introduces brightness/contrast issues.

As per the wiki, I've added a line to my channel change script to reset brightness & contrast, and also another script for the record start event.

Now when I start to watch TV live, the image looks great.  But when the backend records on its own, the images are too bright.

Any easy fix?  (Or do I have to flash back to an old firmware)
