Greetings Mythizens I switched video cards in my Myth box today and as
expected tearing is greatly reduced. What I didn't expect was losing
the ability to fill my screen with recordings that are less than full
size to begin with. The "W" key still shows the different modes, full,
V stretch, and H stretch, etc, but the picture is not modified. I had
a MSI ATI card and switched to an EVGA nVida card. I don't know if it
is related or not, but it is coincident, the new video card gave
bigger launcher icons, it's now ubuntu 2D, and a little googling
suggested a "script.py" would and did remedy the over sized icons.
I'm running 0.27 fixes in an Ubuntu 12.04 desktop environment.
Suggestions on how to restore W key functionality?
