Got it! When I assign it to a key, play a recording, then press the key, 
the Set Audio Sync GUI pops up. It's nice to be able to get to this 
adjustment with a single key combination. Unfortunately, the GUI times out 
after a few seconds just as it does when it's launched from Menu -> Audio 
-> Adjust Audio Sync. Too bad!
