[mythtv-users] VAAPI does not work

I thought I would give a try and fix whatever needed fixing.

Installed Ubuntu 13.04 on my 2011 macbook air (intel HD3000).
Installed the intel libva drivers. Started mythfrontend, selected
VAAPI Normal playback profile.

Played a bluray: 18% CPU usage (for information, the same bluray using
the OpenGL video profile uses 160% CPU)...

That's in full screen, when playing in window mode this jumps
significantly to 100-110%

playing a 1080i mpeg2 interestingly takes more CPU power than a h264
video. Deinterlacing quality was actually pretty good on my laptop.
The weird thing is that when i tried to play a 576i SD channel (also
mpeg2), it wouldn't use vaapi instead using ffmpeg. The default
deinterlacer there did a crap job, even selecting bob 2x in the menu,
it wasn't as good as the vaapi box deinterlacer.
Other 576i mpeg2 channels however do use vaapi..

so all working nicely here...

need to make setup a tad easier though, and automatically select the
best playback profile without the user having to select anything.
