[mythtv-users] PVR150 gives black screen with audio on channel change

I'm also using Gentoo. The Gentoo mythtv ebuilds use epatch_user, which
means it will pick up patches (files with the extension .patch) in
/etc/portage/patches/media-tv/mythtv/ so it's easy to patch without
creating a local ebuild.
