No.  MythTV does not have any support for the capture APIs available on 
OSX.  You can reinstall Linux on that machine, and use it to capture 
with that tuner (assuming the LinuxTV project supports it), but you will 
not be able to do so on OSX.

Alternatively, you can pick up a network-attached HDHomeRun and record 
using OSX. MythTV connects to it directly over the network, and thus 
needs no OS-specific drivers.
