Did you check your temp directory?

MythTV doesn't (and never has) played encrypted ISOs via Storage 
Groups.  If you have encrypted ISOs, you need to have them "locally" 
accessible (i.e. via NFS or similar) in the exact same location on your 
frontend and backend systems and then 0.26+ will use the local copy, and 
if you install the system libraries that decrypt DVDs, MythTV will never 
know they're encrypted/will be able to play the decrypted data it's given.
