I'm seeing it too.

I'm running:
MythTV Version : v0.25.2-15-g46cab93
MythTV Branch : fixes/0.25

and I'm seeing the same issues on my backend after any reboot. The
only fix I've found is to go back into the mythtv-setup, and pick the
"starting channel" for each input all over again, then restart the
backend.

FWIW, it's not just LiveTV, it's all recordings as well.. missed most
of survivor tonight because of a mid-afternoon reboot I didn't follow
up on.

livetvchain.cpp:277 (GetEntryAt) It appears that your backend may be
misconfigured. Check your backend logs to determine whether your
capture cards, lineups, channels, or storage configuration are
reporting errors. This issue is commonly caused by failing to
complete all setup steps properly. You may wish to review the
documentation for mythtv-setup.
