Hi Craig,

I had this exact same problem. For some reason, I was getting two
separate listings for my channel 11 with two different names, and the
listings data for one of them was always showing as "Unknown
(Unknown)" in the program guide. I solved it by running mythtv-setup
and selecting the following:

Channel Editor > Delete
Input Connections > Tuner 1 > Fetch channels from listings source

The first step deletes all channels from the database. The second
step re-populates your channels list based on your listings data from
Schedules Direct (note that this assumes you have configured Schedules
Direct to the the video source for your tuner card). Then go back
into the Channel Editor and verify that the duplicate channels are
gone. Restart mythbackend and run mythfilldatabase, and you should be
all set.
