[mythtv-users] udev tagging DVB device for systemd on F17 ?

I can't get the udev rules to fire for my DVB devices on Fedora 17
,
I'm using the wiki here ==>
http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Systemd_mythbackend_Configuration

with this line in my  /etc/udev/rules.d/99-mythbackend
SUBSYSTEM=="dvb", TAG+="systemd"

but after reboot I don't see it defined in systemd devices
systemctl | grep dvb
