[mythtv-users] mp4 videos smearing at high than 3x FF

I transcode a few SD shows to mp4 using a handbrake user job in .25.

In the last few days I've noticed that if I fast forward at more than
3x, the video starts to "smear". Crystal clear at 3x.

I'm pretty sure this is a new thing I'm seeing -- I'm sure this is not
the first weekend I've gone higher than 3x.

I haven't changed any settings in myth or the handbrake transcode. Has
anyone else noticed this?
