Switch the deinterlacer you are using with the 430 to Temporal,2X.  If the stuttering goes away, a 220 should give you non-stuttering video with Advanced,2X.  If it still stutters with Temporal,2X then you likely have a configuration problem and simply  switching to a 220 may not help.
