[mythtv-users] MythTV and 3D

I wonder is it possible for the videoplayer to tell the tv that a 3D movie
is played so that the TV automatically switch to the right 3D view? I know
it is not implemented, just wondering about the possibility. Maybe there is
some external players that are ably to do this?
