[mythtv-users] mythweb: Time 2 hours ahead in Listings

I suppose this is related to the 0.26 switch to using UTC.  The mythweb 
changelog shows builds for 0.26 and 0.25.3 last weekend, but all trace 
of 0.25-* builds has disappeared from the repo.  Maybe Axel will get 
them back up soon.  My worry is that Greece is not a good environment 
for the free software model at present.
