Just give all BBC1s the same call sign (that will likely happen
automatically) and possibly the same channel number.

If I understand it correctly the call sign is important for the
scheduler and the channel number for LiveTV. But I'm happy to be
corrected, maybe with a reference to the wiki (hint hint)
