[mythtv-users] Frontend locking up on screen blanking when idle ... but screensaver and mythtv time out disabled!

You have some other screen saving program or feature enabled.  This 
could be something as simple as X's DPMS screen saver or your Desktop 
Environment's screen saving settings.
