[mythtv-users] Why is scheduler picking later recording slot?

I hate it when they move program start or end times to be a minute after
the hour. Are they trying to prevent us from recording? Sometime I have
to adjust the program schedule to end later by (-1) minutes when they do
that and there is another show that I want recorded afterwards.
