Yea, when I was first looking at this an option the MacMini was about $499
with a CPU / Memory that could handle the issue and the built in graphics
were "ok" enough that you could use them...not great by any means but
reported useable.
Now it looks like you're looking at about $700 for a system that would be
considered "in spec" these days. That's too much, even for the form factor
you won't find anywhere else.
